In response to the COVID-19 pandemic: All purchases will be covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee until further notice (compared to standard 30 days). We want to provide you with adequate time to use the device before making a final commitment. 

60-Day Money Back Guarantee:

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of delivery

Quality Guarantee:

  • We guarantee all our products to be free from manufacturing defects and will replace any defective device, with normal wear and tear, for a full year from the date of purchase.
  • Extended warranties can be purchased to extend your coverage for an additional two years (3 years total). Contact our customer service center for more information on extended warranties at 1-800-593-5468.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged within your warranty period, free of charge. That includes free shipping both ways for all countries.
  • To initiate an exchange, simply send us an email to [email protected] or call us at 1-800-593-5468.

Returns

  • Returns initiated within 60 days of delivery qualify for a full refund.
  • Return shipping is free within the continental US. For international orders (plus Hawaii and Alaska), you pay the return shipping.
  • Once your device arrives in our facility in like-new condition, your refund will be processed. It may take up to 3-5 days for the refund to show on your credit card or other method of payment.
  • If the item is not in like-new condition, there is a $99.99 restocking fee (rare).
