RETURNS

Items purchased from Flint Rehabilitation Devices can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in like-new condition and must also be in the original packaging.

If you would like to return an item within those 30 days, Flint Rehabilitation Devices will cover the shipping expense. To do this, first contact Flint Rehabilitation Devices, provide proof of purchase, and request a return. You may request a return by phone at 1-800-593-5468 or by email at support @flintrehab.com. If it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, you will be provided with a Return Authorization and a return label. Once your return has been authorized, please mail the item back using the label provided.

You will not be eligible for a refund until the item has been received at our facility and deemed as a restockable item. If the unit is not in like-new condition, there is a $99.99 restocking fee applicable to the order.

At this point, we will send you an email to notify you once we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

If you have recently returned an item, yet have not received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support @flintrehab.com.

 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged within the original one-year warranty period. If you need to exchange an item, you must first request the exchange by sending us an email at support@flintrehab.com or calling us at 1-800-593-5468. A representative will then either approve or deny your exchange request. If your exchange request is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization and return label. Please mail the item back using the label provided.

Once we receive your item, we will send the replacement item to the address you provide us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement item to reach you may vary. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) once your replacement item has been sent.
